| | TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 2, 2010 | | Opening Weekend | "STREETS OF ROCK & ROLL" and 'THE RIGHT TO ROCK: 25th ANNIVERSARY EDITION" were released in Europe on Friday - consequently, the weekend ended up being 4 days long for me, but I'm loving every minute of it. The initial response to the new album has been incredible, thanks for all the e-mails, messages, posts etc, and thanks especially to all of you who immediately shelled out your hard-earned cash and ordered the discs.
Reviews and interviews are being updated every day on the NEWS page, they are coming in fast and hard and we appreciate all the great things people are saying about our new music. Here are just a few from the past couple days:

wow! I had never heard of you huys untill about a week ago. I was at a thrift-store looking through records (i know, a strange hobby for a 16-year-old) and found The Final Fronteir in the box of records. I looked at it (at first glance I thought Kenny was Steve Harris from Iron Maiden).
So I choked up the 50 cents and bought the record, took it home and threw it on the ol`turntable! DAMN!!! Greatest stuff Ive heard. This is defenitally one of my favorite bands now. It`s heavy, has a great beat, great vocals. the perfect band! |

Incredible show at the HOB Atlantic City. Awesome set list, and the band sounded great. I too, hope you make AC a regular stop for future trips east. But next time, maybe you could come back as headliners so you can play a full set. And the new cd may actually be Keel's best ever. BUY IT!!! Love the title track.

Awesome CD release. Great melodic riffs and straight out solos...drums sound heavy and voice is the same back in the 80's. Need to come to Albuquerque and give us a hell of a show...LONG LIVE KEEL..... |
